Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Global Finance Associate specializing in securitization for its New York office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset-backed securitizations and structured finance transactions. Duties Draft and negotiate offering and transaction documents for various stakeholders. Manage public and private offerings of asset-backed securities. Collaborate with underwriters, sponsors, issuers, investors, and lenders. Requirements Minimum of three years' experience in asset-backed securitizations and structured finance. Admitted or eligible for admission to the New York bar. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications New York Bar admission or eligibility.
