What You’ll Be Doing

Answer and direct calls for multiple locations
Welcome and assist customers in person
Support Parts, Service, Logistics & Finance teams
Enter invoices, payments, and payroll time
Help with billing, filing, and daily office tasks
Prepare deposits and assist with account follow-ups
Keep the front office clean, organized, and running smoothly

Requirements:

Friendly and professional communication skills
Organized and able to multitask
Team player with a positive attitude
Comfortable with basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Google Drive)
Reliable and detail-oriented

Requirements

Valid driver’s license (as needed)
Dependable and professional work ethic
Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment
