Retail Sales Associate

RCG Consultants | Raleigh, NC | Full-time | In person

Base pay + sales commissions
Schedule: 40 Hours Weekly

Enjoy talking to people and want a role where your results can increase your paycheck? RCG Consultants is hiring Retail Sales Representatives to introduce shoppers to clients services in a retail settings.

You’ll start conversations with customers, explain available plans and promotions, and help interested shoppers sign up. We provide product training and ongoing sales coaching to help you build confidence and develop your skills.

What you’ll do

• Proactively approach shoppers and introduce available clients services.
• Ask questions about customers’ needs and explain suitable options.
• Clearly explain pricing, promotions, eligibility, and installation next steps.
• Complete customer enrollments accurately using an iPad.
• Follow up as needed to support successful installations and customer satisfaction.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.

Previous experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, or sales is helpful, but prior sales experience is not required.
