Job Description

• Design Tailored Therapy Approaches: Assess individual needs and create personalized therapy strategies to support patients' journey toward their functional milestones
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Employ proven practices aimed at improving motor skills, cognitive function, and quality of daily life
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care that honors each patient's needs
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide clear guidance on therapy methods to encourage meaningful progress at home and in everyday activities
• Monitor and Document Progress: Track clinical developments and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring patients remain on their path to recovery

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Continuing education and additional certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification essential
