Associate Attorney

Job Title: Associate Attorney (Tennessee) Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience) King Law Offices, PC, a well-established and respected law firm, is seeking an experienced attorney to join our team as a Senior Associate. We are committed to providing top-notch legal services to our clients and are eager to welcome a highly skilled attorney to help us continue our tradition of excellence. We are looking to fill this position in our new Johnson City, TN location. Responsibilities: Represent clients in various matters. Manage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met and providing regular updates to clients. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Engage in negotiation and mediation efforts to resolve disputes amicably. Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case management. Participate in business development initiatives, including networking events and client meetings. Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals.
