- Install a wide variety of interior and exterior signs
- Operate bucket trucks, lifts, and installation equipment
- Perform site surveys and troubleshoot installation challenges
- Install channel letters, monuments, post & panel signs, dimensional letters, wall graphics, window graphics, and more
- Read and interpret drawings and installation plans
- Work safely at heights using ladders, lifts, and bucket trucks
- Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Assist with shop fabrication and preparation when needed
- Travel occasionally for short-term installation projects
- Minimum 5 years of professional sign installation experience
- Strong knowledge of sign installation methods and best practices
- Excellent work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work safely and efficiently under deadlines
- Experience operating bucket trucks and cranes
- CDL license
- Electrical sign experience
- Concrete, excavation, and foundation experience
- Welding and fabrication experience
- General construction background
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Reliable and dependable

- Willing to do whatever is necessary to complete a project successfully
