Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Acute Care

Nursing Position – Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday, 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM.

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 52 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 0

Requirements:

• Must have relevant nursing license
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group care to patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and document changes.
• Educate patients and families on health management strategies.
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort.

Compliance / Notes:

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
• No new graduates will be accepted.
