Compensation: Competitive Salary - DOE $130k-$160k

The Position:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations for a major project in Bentonville. Arkansas

This is a hands-on field leadership position responsible for overseeing electrical installation, manpower, safety, scheduling, productivity, quality, and coordination from project startup through completion.

The ideal candidate is a proven electrical construction leader with a strong commercial and/or industrial background who can effectively manage crews, coordinate complex installations, and maintain high standards for safety, craftsmanship, and project execution.

What You'll Do:

• Lead day-to-day electrical field operations and installation activities.
• Manage electrical foremen, journeymen, apprentices, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Plan manpower, material, equipment, and installation sequencing to maintain project schedules.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, electrical plans, and project documentation.
• Coordinate electrical installations with project management, general contractors, other trades, vendors, and clients.
• Oversee installation of conduit systems, feeders, lighting, electrical equipment, distribution systems, controls, and related infrastructure.
• Provide leadership and coordination for major conduit installations and cable pulls.
• Ensure proper installation of EMT, GRC, IMC, electrical equipment, transformers, panels, switchgear, and related systems.

Job Qualifications:

• 7-10+ years of electrical construction experience , with demonstrated progression into field leadership.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent, General Foreman, or Senior Electrical Foreman on commercial and/or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems and installation practices.
• Strong understanding of the NEC, OSHA requirements, and electrical construction safety standards .
• Ability to coordinate effectively with project management, general contractors, other trades, and clients.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced construction environment.
• Journeyman Electrician license strongly preferred; applicable licensing required where necessary for project responsibilities.
