Seven days on, seven days off schedule

Daily patient census: 20-30 at one facility, 8-15 at another

Inpatient coverage across multiple facilities

EMR: EPIC

Removal of drains and shunt adjustment required

Night shift is primary focus

Trauma and practice call required
