You'll follow established processes to ensure rooms are properly prepared and maintained according to brand standards. This role is ideal for someone who brings Grit to every shift, works Stronger Together with the team, and takes pride in delivering service with Integrity.What You'll DoClean guest rooms and bathrooms: make beds, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and restock suppliesReplenish linens, amenities, and guest essentialsClean assigned public areas (e.g., hallways, lobbies, restrooms, meeting rooms)Stock housekeeping cart with approved cleaning products, linens, and guest suppliesReport maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged items to the supervisor promptlyLog and turn in lost and found items following hotel policyFollow safety protocols and chemical handling guidelinesAttend pre-shift meetings to review assignments and daily updatesAssist with deep cleaning projects and turndown service as assignedComplete assigned tasks within allotted time per room (Minutes Per Room or MPR)Deliver friendly and respectful guest service throughout interactionsAdhere to all Resolute Road Hospitality policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesFamiliarity with housekeeping tools, cleaning products, and safe handling proceduresAttention to detail and pride in delivering high quality workAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyTeam oriented mindset with strong communication skillsPhysical ability to meet job demands (lifting, standing, bending, kneeling)Basic English comprehension preferred; bilingual skills are a plusAble to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED preferredPrevious housekeeping or hospitality experience preferredConsistent attendance and adherence to Resolute Road Hospitality's standards are critical to success in this role.
