Essential responsibilities include scanning and processing packages using Received Digital software; assisting postal representatives with the delivery of packages to student mail centers; responding to telephone inquiries and providing customer service support; maintaining accurate package-processing procedures; and completing assigned operational, administrative, and special projects as directed. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicant must have a current Federal Work Study (FWS) award for the academic year to be considered for this position.
