We couldn’t do it without our wonderful people.    What you’ll be doing:   Deputise for the Operations Control Manager, supporting departmental leadership and operational decision-making. Support the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of Operations Control activities, including escalation management during disruption. Provide leadership, coaching, and development support to Operations Control Duty Managers. Lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the OCC. Monitor operational performance, compliance, and safety standards, promoting a strong Just Culture ethos. Act as a key interface across the wider OCC and provide operational recommendations to senior management. Support onboarding, competence management, and succession planning within the team. Office-based (Monday to Friday) at Low Fare Finder House, Yeadon, with occasional operational shift and on-call cover. What you’ll have:  Previous experience within an airline Operations Control / OCC environment is preferred. Strong operational decision-making capability under pressure. Experience leading, coaching, or developing operational teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, improvement-focused mindset.
