Qualifications:

• Active and valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) License required
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy is highly desirable
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Capacity to adapt therapeutic approaches for varying developmental and physical abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to K-12 students in alignment with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assess and document student progress, needs, and therapeutic goals
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, families, and other specialists
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
• Guide education staff and parents on strategies to help students’ physical and functional development within the school setting
• Maintain thorough and timely records in accordance with district and regulatory standards
