Location: 1271 Avenue of Americas, NY - Hybrid role
Duration: 12+ Months
Job Description:
- Hands on Senior Java Developer with over 10 years of enterprise development experience
- Work with multiple business lines and on occasion manage small projects.
Qualifications:
- Experienced Java Developer (JDK 8 or 11)
- Experience building scalable computational distributed services.
- Experience with multiplatform enterprise service development and challenges of data serialization
- Experience with developing service wrappers for Python or C++ libraries
- Apache Camel (Version 3) or similar
- REST API (including Enterprise Authorization and Authentication)
- Enterprise services (including monitoring, state management)
- Spring (including Spring Boot and Spring Boot Actuator)
- JMS (Active MQ or similar)
- MS SQL Server experience
- Plus: Experience with Capital Markets and understanding how Derivatives instruments are valued
- Plus: Experience interfacing with Murex Flex API
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Engineering or Computer Science
