About the Role:

As a Respiratory Therapist (RT), you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to our patients and residents, including oxygen therapy, ventilation management, and aerosol treatments. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory care to patients and residents, including oxygen therapy, ventilation management, and aerosol treatments

• Conduct pulmonary function tests and other respiratory assessments to diagnose and treat respiratory disorders

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team

• Monitor and maintain equipment, including ventilators, oxygen concentrators, and nebulizers

• Document patient care and treatment plans in accordance with our facility's policies and procedures

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist (RT)

• Current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification

• Active state licensure (Ohio)
