At C&H Industrial, we're hiring safety-focused Local CDL Drivers / CDL B Operators to run industrial vacuum trucks, hydroblasting equipment, and other heavy-duty cleaning systems. ($23-$26/hr) This is more than just another local CDL driver position you'll be part of a hardworking team tackling industrial cleaning projects at facilities throughout the area.

What You'll Be Doing (Your Daily Mission):

• Drive & Operate Equipment Transport, set up, and operate industrial vacuum trucks and hydroblasting machines for hazardous and non-hazardous cleanups.
• Keep Equipment Running Smoothly Perform inspections, maintenance checks, and minor repairs to keep equipment job-ready.
• Troubleshoot Like a Pro Identify mechanical issues and help keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
• Stay Safe, Stay Smart Follow all safety procedures while working around industrial equipment and hazardous materials.
• Go Where the Work Is Travel to local and regional job sites and be available for on-call 24/7 operations as needed.
• Work Hard, Get Dirty Lift heavy loads, climb ladders, and work in physically demanding environments including tight spaces, extreme temperatures, and elevated work areas.
• Prevent Cross-Contamination Clean and decontaminate equipment after each job to meet company and safety standards.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 21+ years old with at least 18 months of industrial cleaning experience.
• Class B CDL (or willingness to obtain if medically qualified).
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical labor daily.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Comfortable with 24/7 on-call scheduling.
• Ability to read, write, and follow safety procedures.
• Pass medical screenings and drug testing.
