Pearce Services is seeking a Solar Field Service Technician I to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain utility-scale PV systems at remote solar farms. The role requires traveling to sites nationwide if needed and maintaining safe, compliant operation of all equipment. Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years in utility-scale solar with strong electrical skills and familiarity with inverters, testing tools, and safety standards.
