Eligible for period bonus if store achieves desired goalsFull-time employees (32 hours a week or more) Wage rate - $15.49 to $19.00 NJ Sick Leave - You accrue 1 hour of earned sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours of leave per benefit year.
