Pediatric Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) Humble / Kingwood, TX Pay: $45-$50 per hour | Overnight Shifts Available Are you an experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding one-on-one nursing opportunity? This nurse will monitor the patient's condition, provide specialized pediatric treatments, administer medications, and collaborate with the family and healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care. Required Pediatric Clinical Experience Candidates must have hands-on experience with: BiPAP Cough assist Airway suctioning Mic-Key G-tube feedings Enteral feeding pumps Experience caring for infants and medically complex pediatric patients is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care Monitor respiratory status and overall patient condition Recognize and respond appropriately to changes in patient status Manage respiratory therapies including BiPAP, cough assist, and suctioning Administer G-tube feedings and manage feeding pumps Administer medications and treatments within RN scope of practice Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate changes in condition to the care team Follow infection-control standards and agency policies Build a positive, professional relationship with the patient and family Qualifications Current, unrestricted Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license Current BLS/CPR certification Minimum one year of nursing experience Pediatric experience with BiPAP, suctioning, cough assist, Mic-Key G-tube feedings, and feeding pumps required Pediatric home health or private duty nursing experience preferred Valid Texas driver's license Reliable transportation and current auto insurance Ability to pass required background screening and employment requirements Make a Difference Where It Matters Most If you're a dedicated Pediatric RN seeking meaningful one-on-one patient care, competitive pay, consistent overnight hours, and support from an experienced clinical team, we'd love to hear from you.
