Senior Data Scientist II - Generative AI / RAG / Agentic AI

Job Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in Data Science specializing in NLP and production-grade LLM applications.

• Proficiency in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and designing complex information retrieval architectures.

• Experience with agentic frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen for multi-step reasoning tasks.

• Experience in hybrid search integration using embeddings, vector databases, and lexical retrieval techniques.

• Experience with experimental design, statistical model evaluation, and systematic AI benchmarking.

• Experience with Python-based data analysis and large-scale text processing for specialized domains.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting experimental findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and validation of machine learning models for high-complexity industry workflows.

• Architect generative AI capabilities including RAG pipelines and sophisticated prompt engineering strategies.

• Implement autonomous agentic systems to automate reasoning-heavy, multi-stage digital tasks.

• Optimize retrieval quality and ranking performance through hybrid semantic and keyword search tuning.

• Establish comprehensive evaluation frameworks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI-driven features.

• Analyze large-scale text corpora and citation networks to extract insights and improve predictive performance.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the modeling team while aligning research with product roadmaps.
