Position: Skin Quality - Wichita, KS

Job Description & Requirements:

• Assemble, install, seal, rig, inspect, and complete precision and other structural and system components, working from drawings, documents, process specifications, quality control requirements, and established processes and procedures. Functional test and correct, fit form and function of assemblies and components

• Must have 5+ years of Skin quality - hand form, burnish, repair experience
  Perform process activities - protective coatings, metal polishing of aircraft details, isoscope, etc. to support the production requirements
• Perform hand finishing operations - blending of multiple adjacent MDD surfaces into engineering tolerances and/or perform transition work to bring details parts in accordance with engineering tolerances
• Perform drilling and disassembly to gain access to area of repair
• Selected workers will work 2nd shift primarily. However, must be ready to work any shift/OT/weekends as needed
• Must be able to stand and work for entire 8 hr. shift
• Must be able to start within 2 weeks after offer acceptance
• Must clear the background checks
