Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

  • Provide individual therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care.

  • Establish and collaboratively monitor therapeutic goals to enhance client progress and foster accountability.

  • Offer teletherapy options, making mental health services accessible for clients with transportation issues, physical limitations, or scheduling conflicts.

  • Document all sessions and treatment plans accurately to adhere to ethical standards, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.

  • Engage in regular supervision and participate in ongoing training opportunities, workshops, and seminars to further hone your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals experiencing a variety of mental health issues, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

  • A current and valid state license as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C is required.

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic skills, particularly in a clinical environment.
  • \n
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that promote trust and rapport with clients.

  • A non-judgmental attitude combined with empathy and compassion is critical for establishing a safe therapeutic alliance.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with telehealth technologies will be advantageous but is not mandatory. A proven history of working with diverse client populations is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition to monetary compensation, you will benefit from:
