Operations Coordinator

Operations Team MemberIn this position, you will be a member of Markit!'s operations team and you will be working to help administer operations in the shop, office, and on project locations. Location: The company office and shop are in Flagstaff, AZ but projects may be located throughout the states of Arizona and New Mexico.Duties:Support field crews and mechanics with:Supply ordering and deliveryParts ordering and deliveryTool ordering and deliverySystems troubleshootingSupport the Shop Manager with:Vendor research and setupEquipment maintenance scheduling and setupEquipment mobilization logisticsVehicle and equipment registrationEquipment inspection trackingInventory ordering, counts, maintenance and reportingSupport HR and Safety with:New hire paperwork and onboardingSystems setup and trainingPeriodic trainings and testingPPE issuanceSupport Operations and Project Management by:Assembling project bindersScheduling travel needsOther items as neededAssist with Business Development tasks as needed.Database support.Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Markit! Safety Policies.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:21 years of age or older.Excellent organizational and motivational skills.Outstanding attention to detail.Exceptional communication and interpersonal ability.High proficiency in Microsoft, Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat software.Strong customer service orientation.Advanced knowledge of office machinery and cellular devices including computer, copier, tablet, and cell phone.Travel to project sites throughout the states of Arizona and New Mexico, other states as needed.Possess a valid driver's license.
