Job SummaryThe Home Health Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, directs, and administers physical therapy treatments prescribed at your discretion, and adhering to regulations and guidelines. They delegate tasks, supervise assistants, and use prescribed treatments to restore function, prevent disability, and help patients achieve their maximum performance within their capabilities.Desired Skills and QualificationsCurrent Physical Therapy License in the state of practice2 years PT experienceAbility & Desire to work independently.Kinnser / Wellsky experience preferred.Effective verbal and written communication & time management skillsValid Driver's License with proof of current insurance & reliable transportation.Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance CardCurrent CPR Certification & Proof of Negative TB TestWe celebrate diversity, are committed to fostering an inclusive environment for all employees and have a Zero Tolerance policy for workplace discrimination.
