Part-Time EV Brand Experience Ambassador

About the Role Brand Ambassadors are the first point of engagement for guests visiting a Lucid Studio. They deliver an elevated customer experience, create brand connection, and support daily studio operations. This part‑time position requires flexibility, including the ability to work evenings and weekends, and consists of 20–25 hours per week. Responsibilities Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives. Capture high‑quality customer leads and interactions in the CRM (Salesforce). Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing). Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs. Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists. Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journey. Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services. Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration. Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity). Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists. Ensure test‑drive and showcase vehicles are clean, charged, and ready. Assist with facility needs (refreshments, maintenance requests). Support day‑to‑day studio operations as needed. Qualifications Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in a customer‑facing environment (retail, hospitality, food service, etc.). Patience, professionalism, and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting. Interest in electric vehicles and enthusiasm for building the Lucid brand. Flexible availability, including extended holiday, mall, and weekend hours. Minimum age 18. Prior experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce highly preferred. Authorized to work in the USA (no visa sponsorship available). Physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time. Successful completion of a drug test and background check is a condition of employment. Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year; drivers under 21 must have maintained a driver’s license for at least 3 years and complete Lucid training upon hire. Ability to obtain appropriate state/DMV licensing if applicable. What You’ll Earn Base Pay Range (hourly): $23 – $23 Additional compensation and benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, 401(k) retirement plan, and eligibility for the Lucid equity program and/or discretionary annual incentive program.
