Job Description
Residential Cleaning Trainer — The Cleaning Authority of Fort Lauderdale
The Cleaning Authority of Fort Lauderdale is hiring experienced residential cleaners who are ready to step into a leadership role as a field trainer for our growing team.
We are a well-established franchise with increasing customer demand, and we need experienced professionals who can coach, motivate, and hold new hires to the high standards our customers expect. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk job.
What You Will Do
- Train new employees in the field through hands-on, side-by-side coaching
- Demonstrate and enforce our Detail-Clean Rotation System
- Ride along with new hires during their first five days on the job
- Provide ongoing performance feedback and report progress to management
- Help maintain team quality standards across all routes
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of verified residential cleaning experience (we will contact your previous employer)
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Reliable personal vehicle, valid U.S. driver's license, and clean driving record
- Positive, team-first attitude and consistent attendance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be at least 21 years old
Our Hiring Process
Candidates with verified experience will be invited to a paid one-day working interview before a formal offer is made. This is how we ensure the right fit for both sides.
Pay and Benefits
- $18 to $19 per hour based on verified experience
- $250 bonus after completing your first 30 days
- Paid travel time between jobs
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- No nights, no weekends — Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
- Paid holidays and vacation time
- Mileage reimbursement
- Performance bonuses and tips
- Real advancement opportunities into Quality Inspector and Assitant Manager roles
How to Apply
Reply to this posting with your resume or a brief summary of your cleaning experience, including your previous employer and how long you worked there. Only candidates who meet all requirements will be contacted for an interview.
