We are looking for an organized, dependable person who is able to work both independently and as part of a small team.
Responsibilities include:
*Processing and fulfilling customer orders on a daily basis
*Pick merchandise from our warehouse and pack orders for shipment
*Create and manage shipping labels via FedEx/UPS
*Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization
*Handle light customer service tasks including order adjustments and shipping inquiries
Schedule: We offer some flexibility in setting up this position - either 4 or 5 days a week totaling 30-35 hours weekly, Monday through Friday (no nights or weekends)
Basic computer skills required. Experience with Shopify, QuickBooks, FedEx/UPS software a plus but we are happy to train the right person. English is required, Spanish a plus.
