Licensed Practical Nurse
Nationwide Children's Hospital
Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, OH is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled home health nursing for pediatric patients. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with activities of daily living in patients' homes, following care plans and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
The role requires graduation from an approved LPN program, Ohio licensure, CPR certification, and about 1 year of pediatric/home health experience is preferred.
