Planning Engineer

Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. Prepare baseline programs, look‑ahead schedules, recovery plans, and progress reports. Track and monitor progress of marine civil works such as quay walls, jetties, and pile foundations. Analyze critical paths, identify delays, and propose mitigation strategies. Prepare delay analysis and EOT claims as per contract requirements. Coordinate with site execution, engineering, and procurement teams. Attend project review meetings with Qatar Energy and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with Qatar Energy project planning and reporting procedures. Provide regular updates to project management and client representatives. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel. Strong understanding of construction sequences, resource planning, and cost loading.
