Brazer 1 1st Shift

Job Description

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Brazer 1. This position perform critical assembly line and sub-assembly brazing operations on air conditioning units and associated equipment with copper tubing

Key Responsibilities

• Read and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructions
• Handle materials to and from workstation
• Perform critical brazing operations requiring extreme precision and care
• Maintain proper heating techniques for filler material flow in all directions
• Determine material preparation, filler metal, and flux requirements
• Adjust torch flame and tips for various brazing operations
• Maintains quality standards including first and last part inspection or parts produced against OMS and/or specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience Brazing, welding, soldering preferred
• Ability to read OMS and quality specifications
• Excellent attention to detail
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this position, associates are regularly exposed to wet or humid conditions, fumes, airborne particles, extreme heat, vibration, and moving mechanical parts. Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Noise levels are typically loud.
