What You'll Do

This is a 100% commission, uncapped opportunity , giving you complete control over your income.

In this role, you'll work directly with real estate investors while helping them secure exclusive off-market investment opportunities.

Your responsibilities include:

• Connect with qualified investor leads generated through our marketing efforts
• Introduce investors to off-market properties before they're listed on the MLS
• Build strong client relationships from the first conversation through closing
• Grow your own pipeline through consistent prospecting and networking
• Generate new opportunities through cold calling, Facebook groups, reverse search tools, referrals, and targeted outreach
• Execute email campaigns and follow-up strategies to build lasting investor relationships
• Maintain an active pipeline and consistently develop new business

What You Bring

• 1-3 years of sales experience (any industry)
• Competitive mindset with a strong desire to succeed
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Coachable with a strong work ethic
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to Fort Worth, TX
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Before You Apply

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position
• Compensation is 100% commission
• A Texas Real Estate License is required within 45 days of your start date (licensing costs are the candidate's responsibility)
