Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $22.00 to $25.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:Perform inspections and tests at various stages of manufacturing to ensure products meet quality and customer requirements.
Inspect materials work in process and finished goods by comparing results to drawings specifications and quality standards.
Identify defects segregate nonconforming items and report issues to quality leadership for timely resolution.
Record inspection results document defects and support accurate maintenance of quality records and reports.
Collaborate with quality and production teams to support continuous improvement and ensure issues are corrected prior to delivery.
Bring working knowledge of quality assurance standards and manufacturing inspection practices.
Demonstrate ability to read and interpret blueprints specifications and related quality documentation.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a changing manufacturing environment.
Use computer based applications confidently with required proficiency in Excel.
Apply critical thinking and logical problem solving to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain strong focus on product quality safety and adherence to established procedures and standards.
Support calibration awareness quality documentation control and record retention requirements.
Demonstrate persistence and attention to detail when investigating quality deviations.
- Bring familiarity with recognized quality systems and inspection requirements considered beneficial.
