About the Role: Better Health Home Care Services Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or PCA to join our growing team in Riverdale, GA. Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Monitor and record patient vital signs, health changes, and progress and report to supervising nursing staff

Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and positioning patients safely

Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients in their homes

Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and their families

Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all home care protocols and procedures

Requirements:

Active and valid CNA or PCA certification in the state of Georgia

Prior experience in home care, long-term care, or a clinical setting preferred

Strong knowledge of patient care techniques and safety procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes in the Riverdale, GA area

Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
