Responsibilities Run the floor and make lasting impressions on guests (lots of exercise while being social). Interview, hire, train, develop and coach your team. Administrative activities: focusing on inventory, completing FOH and BOH orders, monitoring the safe. Ensure food safety, quality and presentation are on par while conducting line checks.
