Restaurant Key Holder/ Asst Resturant Manager

Overview East Coast Wings + Grill is hiring Restaurant Managers in the Charlotte area! We are looking for Restaurant Key Holder/Entry Level Manager who strive to build an Employee & Guest Centric Culture and always put their people first. Qualifications Can have fun and joke around while still getting the job done. Have a passion for developing and coaching people by lifting them up. Are driven, organized, patient and an expert at communicating. Know the balance between being a hard‑working, team‑building, boss and being a supportive, compassionate friend. Rise up in moments where everything seems to be going crazy—handling unexpected employee absences, disgruntled guests, or operational hiccups. Want to be the best. Responsibilities Run the floor and make lasting impressions on guests (lots of exercise while being social). Interview, hire, train, develop and coach your team. Administrative activities: focusing on inventory, completing FOH and BOH orders, monitoring the safe. Ensure food safety, quality and presentation are on par while conducting line checks.
