Location: Plainfield, IN Compensation: $15.00- $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full Time Benefits:

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with other preschool teachers to deliver TLE’s proprietary, play-based curriculum. • Foster a nurturing classroom environment where curiosity and creativity flourish. • Maintain classroom safety, organization, and compliance with all health and licensing standards. • Collaborate with team members to build a fun, inclusive culture for staff and families. • Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s learning, growth, and milestones.

What You Bring:

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED. • Early Childhood Education (ECE) preferred • A genuine passion for teaching, patience, and a joyful spirit.
