If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a IT Project Manager - ERP Migration - ONSITE to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA), United States (US).Key Responsibilities:Lead, plan, execute, and close complex IT projects across various domains, including software development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and budget control.Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and company strategy.Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.Foster effective communication among stakeholders, team members, and executive leadership.Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements.Conduct post-project evaluations and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Utilize Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies as required.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in a senior-level role.Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects from initiation to completion.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
