One of Augusta's top commercial general contractors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground up construction projects throughout the Augusta region and surrounding markets. The organization has a long standing reputation for quality construction, design build capabilities, client focused service, and repeat business relationships developed over decades in the Southeast.

Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion.

Oversee budgeting, contract administration, procurement, and cost controls.

Develop and maintain project schedules.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and field teams.

Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and company leadership.

Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Support successful project closeout, punch list completion, and warranty activities.

Foster strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for a commercial general contractor.

Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.

Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and cost management.

Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.

Must reside within commuting distance of Augusta, Georgia.
