Job Title: Warehouse Lead
Location: Fargo, ND
Compensation: $19.00-$20.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Lead workers for a logistics and rail operations company in Fargo, ND. In this role, you'll help lead a railcar unloading operation while working alongside a small team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. • Lead and support a crew of 4-5 employees during railcar unloading operations
• Inspect railcars for damage, defects, and safety concerns
• Load and unload freight while following company procedures and safety regulations
• Connect and disconnect railcars, including couplers, air hoses, and hand brakes
• Assist with railcar movement and switching operations as needed
• Conduct safety inspections and report maintenance or repair concerns
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation

What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Lead Role:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous warehouse experience preferred (1+ year)
• Previous sit-down forklift experience preferred (1+ year)
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to safety and operational procedures
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
