• License/Certs: Current RN License in Louisiana, BLS, ACLS, CPI (12-month blue card)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience, Epic documentation experience

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay rate: $54.31/hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in ICU, respecting patient privacy and dignity
• Effectively utilize the Nursing Process for patient assessments and care planning
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Delegate and coordinate resources to ensure seamless patient care
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and manage IVs and equipment
• Asses learning needs and implement patient education strategies
• Adhere to facility policies and safety protocols, including infection control and hazardous material precautions

What You Need:

Required:

• Current RN license in Louisiana
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• CPI certification (12-month blue card)
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience, proficiency with Epic documentation

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
• Additional certifications in specialty areas
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong judgment and interpersonal skills
