Regional Education Executive

The client is seeking a Regional Education Executive responsible for training retail staff to maximize sales at the point of sale. This role is field-oriented and focuses on improving product knowledge and sales techniques, while ensuring strong brand representation in-store. The Regional Education Executive will train and coach sales support across brand categories, including areas such as product and sales techniques, merchandising, and grooming, and will support effective communication with beauty advisors. The position also involves motivating teams to achieve sales targets, consolidating evaluation and coaching plans for each point of sale, keeping the field informed with the latest information, and providing field activity reports. Ideal candidates are customer-service oriented professionals with cosmetic industry experience and strong communication skills, including bilingual English and Spanish. The role requires sales and/or retail experience, with experience in travel retail and/or cosmetics expected, along with the ability to explain expert information clearly, initiate and propose business-minded ideas, and manage reporting and analytical tasks. Availability and willingness to travel extensively (approximately 60% of the time) to the Caribbean and US East Coast are required, and candidates should be responsible, independent, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking, with prior trainer or education-related titles considered advantageous.
