Guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish Speak with and engage customers who have been in auto accidents Manage multiple moving parts of claims Provide customer-centric support and problem-solving Represent the Liberty Mutual brand and fulfill its customer promise Process and handle claims using multiple systems Complete additional in-person training during the first six months Requirements Must reside within 50 miles of the Chandler, Arizona office Only open to US based employees Engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers Ability to think critically, use resources, and seek answers in a virtual environment Excellent oral, written, decision‑making, and organizational skills Strong typing and multitasking capabilities Strong working knowledge and ability to utilize multiple systems General understanding of claim operations and key stakeholders College degree preferred, and/or 1–3 years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in guiding customers through the auto claims process while providing exceptional customer-centric support.
