Job Description

We are looking for someone that is friendly and detail oriented for our Remote Customer Service/Data Entry position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Customer service via emails, phone calls, and web customer service.
• Leave a good impression of our brand to all those they interact with, regardless of whether the interaction is pleasant or unpleasant.
• Quickly learn about our products, common concerns & problems, and ability to apply this knowledge.
• Enter purchase and sales order.
• Perform daily research tasks.
• Inventory maintenance.
• Processing data entry.
• Additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is a must.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and critical thinking skills are a must.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) and must be comfortable learning new programs and ecommerce software.
• Proficient in basic math: addition/subtraction, percentages, rounding, division/multiplication.
• Minimum of high school / some college preferred.

Job Type: Full-time.

Pay: $31,00 a week

Benefits: Part Time & Full Time. Paid time off.

Schedule: 5 - 8 hour shift. All day any time. Monday to Friday. and weekends.

Education: High school or equivalent. (Required)
