The company seeks a motivated Assistant Manager to drive day‑to‑day operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Assist the store manager in ensuring high operational performance. Take ownership of location management and operations. Evaluate employee performance and coach team members to improve. Ensure customers receive the ultimate experience. Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge. Keep store clean, neat, and organized. Qualifications 18+ years old, must have open availability during weekends. Previous experience in retail, customer service, or related field. Dynamic, outgoing individual with leadership skills. Strong communication and customer‑service skills. Ability to coach and evaluate employees. Experience selling athletic shoes (preferred). Experience working in a growing company (preferred).
