Analytical Research Associate: HPLC & Lab Ops
Avidity Biosciences
Avidity Biosciences in San Diego, CA, seeks a Research Associate to support analytical laboratory activities and day‑to‑day operations in a fast-paced biotech environment. You will perform routine HPLC/UHPLC analyses, support method development, manage inventory and shipping, coordinate with Facilities, EHS and vendors, and help ensure laboratory readiness to advance our RNA therapeutics pipeline.
