$21–$25/hr | HANDS‑ON ROLE

Looking for a job where you can travel, stay active, and work with your hands ? We’re hiring patchers to repair and finish precast concrete panels on job sites. This is a solid role if you’ve got construction experience and don’t mind being on the road.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Repair and patch precast concrete panels (holes, cracks, surface defects)
• Work with brick panels and learn tuckpointing
• Cut and modify openings for windows, outlets, and other features
• Use hand tools and power tools for finishing work
• Travel with a partner to job sites across the region
• Keep job sites clean and work safely

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years construction experience (concrete or carpentry)
• Comfortable lifting 50–100 lbs
• Experience with tools and jobsite work
• Willing to travel regularly
• Reliable and ready to work outdoors

BONUS SKILLS

• Tuckpointing experience (or willingness to learn)
• Commercial construction experience
• Strong attention to detail

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
