Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements
- BLS Certification
- MA RN License

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols and standards.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions to ensure appropriate interventions are executed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and families regarding health issues and care plans.
- Participate in ongoing departmental quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Compliance / Notes
- Call Required per Rotation: Approximately one day every other week as backup to the night shift and one weekend call shift per month (24 hours). This may change as per unit needs.
