Up to $5,000 Sign On Bonus available based on experience Summary POSITION SUMMARY The clinical pharmacist will be a unit-based pharmacist that will verify the orders and provide clinical services for the area(s) for which they are assigned. They will be a drug information resource for the nurses, physicians, patients, and families. The clinical pharmacist will be expected to fulfill staff pharmacist responsibilities as needed. Tenet will make reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities unless doing so would result in an undue hardship. , Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy required, Doctorate of Pharmacy Degree preferred. Experience: Pharmacy practice residency or equivalent hospital experience (3 postgraduate years) License: Current registered pharmacist license in the State of Florida Certification: Pharmacy license; BLS within 30 days of hire (ACLS and/or PALS if code attendance required); Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS) or other specialty corresponding with practice area. Vaccination & Compliance: Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce. If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date.
