Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU

Contract | Rotating Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level II/III NICU setting
• Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill neonatal patients
• Float to other Women's Services units (such as Mother/Baby) as needed
• Flex to an alternate facility location when census is low, as outlined in contract terms

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of four (4) years of Level III NICU experience
• Advanced NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility (address verification via current Driver's License required)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working across multiple Women's Services units
• Ability to adapt quickly to varying patient census demands across facilities
