Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $95,000 – $155,000+
• Percentage of Production Bonus: 8%–18% of collections or quarterly profit-sharing
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 – $20,000
• Relocation Assistance: $5,000 – $12,500
• Student Loan Assistance: $5,000 – $20,000 annually
• Annual Performance Bonus: $5,000 – $25,000+
• Total Realistic First-Year Earnings: $115,000 – $185,000+

Position Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining strong clinical outcomes
• Build lasting relationships with patients and contribute to a positive clinic culture
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active or eligible Physical Therapy license
