our Client is a Florida-based personal injury law firm that represents clients in accident and injury claims.They handle cases such as car accidents, medical negligence, workplace injuries, and wrongful death.The firm focuses on helping injured clients pursue compensation through settlement negotiations and litigation when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate Attorney should have minimum 5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience.

• Ability to Manage a high volume of Litigation cases

• Excellent client service and communication skills

• Superior writing and advocacy skills

• Five years experience litigating personal injury cases

• Jury Trial experience

• Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar Association

DUTIES:

• Handle heavy and complex caseload of cases in litigation, including, but not limited to trial preparation and trial.

• Represent clients in legal proceedings such as court appearances and depositions

• Draft legal documents: complaints, discovery, and motions.

• Evaluate and determine case value

• Determine whether a case settlement is appropriate

• Prepare mediation summaries and mediate cases

• Manage a Paralegal

• Regular and reliable attendance is essential for the function of this job
